Mite development program

The South Shore Kings Mite Development Program is designed for young players (typically ages 5-8) who are ready to build foundational hockey skills in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. This program focuses on long-term development through age-appropriate instruction, small-area games, and consistent on-ice engagement, helping players gain confidence while fostering a lifelong love for the game.

  • Season Runs: September through March

  • Aligned with the traditional youth hockey season

  • Full schedules are released to families prior to the start of the season
