The South Shore Kings NCDC team is a premier junior hockey program based in Foxboro, Massachusetts, competing in the National Collegiate Development Conference (NCDC)-the top tier of the United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL). The NCDC is a tuition-free Tier II junior league that showcases elite young talent and provides strong exposure to NCAA college programs, with many alumni advancing to NCAA Division I and III hockey. The Kings have built a reputation for excellence both on and off the ice, regularly competing for championships, earning divisional honors, and helping players develop their skills while pursuing opportunities at the next level. Home games are played at the Foxboro Sports Center, and the organization emphasizes player growth, competitive success, and a pathway to collegiate hockey

Tyler Holske
GM/Head Coach
Coach Holske is entering his 9th season with the South Shore Kings organization. He was elevated to NCDC GM/Head Coach in August of 2022. In his first season as NCDC GM/Head Coach (2022-2023), the Kings finished 2nd in the North Division with a 28-17-5 record overall. The Kings also made their first ever appearance in the Dineen Cup Finals. Holske was named New England Hockey Journal's NCDC Coach of The Year in May. The very next season, Holske and the Kings finished with a 36-12-4 regular season record and made it back to the Dineen Cup Finals. This time around they were able to get the job done and bring the Dineen Cup to Foxboro. In year 3, the Kings put together a 44-7-3 regular and won the NCDC Founders Cup, which is the regular season title. The Kings made it back to the Dineen Cup Finals for the third year in a row. In three seasons, Holske and the Kings hold a .677 winning percentage in the playoffs (21-7-3).
Holske graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in 2014 where he was a standout goaltender and two year captain. He earned a bachelors degree in Business Management. After graduating, he went on to play two years of Professional hockey in Europe. He has served as Assistant GM/Coach for the Kings NCDC for 3 seasons. He was also an assistant coach at Milton Academy from 2016 - 2022. During his time at Milton, the Mustangs won 3 ISL Championships. Holske is also the assistant director of scouting for the Sioux City Musketeers in the USHL. The Musketeers won the Clark Cup in the Spring of 2022. He is also the New England Scout for NHL Central Scouting.
Drew Omicioli
President of hockey operations/head coach
Drew will serve as the President of Hockey Operations for our USPHL teams and work alongside our NCDC General Manager & Head Coach, Tyler Holske. In his first season back with the Kings, Omicioli helped the Kings win the NCDC Founders Cup (44-7-3 regular season record) and a trip to the Dineen Cup Finals.
Omicioli, a native of West Warwick, RI, spent the past two seasons as the U18 Head Coach at Mount St. Charles Academy. He guided the Mounties to the USA Hockey Nationals in both seasons. Prior to Mount St. Charles, he served as Head Coach with SG Cortina and HC Milano of the ALPS Hockey League in Europe from 2016 to 2019. His professional coaching career began in the SPHL coaching the Louisiana IceGators from 2014 to 2016.
Drew is a graduate of Providence College. He earned a bachelor's degree in business management. He was a standout player in his time at Providence and also served as assistant captain during his senior season. He went on to play in the AHL for the Providence Bruins and then 4 seasons in Italy.
Clay adams
Goaltending coach
Clay serves as our goaltending coach and is the Stop It Goaltending Director at our home facility, the Foxboro Sports Center. He is also the goaltending Scout for the Utah Hockey Club (NHL).
Clay most recently served as the Goalie Coach and Assistant Coach for the Lincoln Stars of the USHL where last season one of his goaltenders was drafted by the Montreal Canadiens and the other signed an NHL entry-level contract with the San Jose Sharks. Clay's career started by interning with the Washington Capitals while completing his Master's Degree from Georgetown University and then as the Director of Player Development, Goalie Coach at Bridgton Academy.
After Bridgton, he has served as the goalie coach at Stonehill College, Connecticut College, and Bentley University.

Strength and conditioning coach
OC graduated in May 2020 with a BS in Health and Human Physiology from Skidmore College, graduating Magna Cum Laude. During his time at Skidmore, he played four years of NCAA Division 3 ice hockey. He was named a 3x AHCA Academic All-American. He also worked as a Strength and Conditioning Intern with the other sports teams on campus. He has been full-time with EPS since June 2020. OC was an EPS Athlete for 13 years. OC is also a published scientific author in the Journal of Exercise & Nutrition.

Junior hockey players need families willing to share their homes and become a "home away from home." These are elite level players who are coming to our program with hopes to play at the college level and beyond. These players are between the ages of 17-20.
